I've been on Oregon Accelerator's Creative Production team since I got recommended to the position by a professor in the fall of 2023. Since then, the OA team have continued in their efforts to work with athletes to expand their social footing and NIL potential in a litany of ways, from photoshoots to advice sessions and more.

Work I've done with the team includes:

a 12-hour turnaround onesheeter for the Pac-12 playoff-bound football team on how to make the most of their social platforms in their moment of glory, which went into the hands of star players like Bo Nix and Troy Franklin
A full redesign of the group's website from the ground up
Merch designs for shirts that were printed for both the group and for student athletes that the group works with
Help on photoshoots for student athletes' Instagrams
Consulting on other Creative Production projects
much more

Since I've joined the team, we've seen a nearly 2x increase in content releases and athletes we're working with, increased website engagement from the redesign I've led, and we've got tons of great projects coming up in the future that I'll be sure to write about.
